



Deborah Campbell
(Owner/Leader) has a BA in early years and has extensive experience in both her former role as Deputy of Kinsbourne Green Nursery/Pre-School and a previous career in office administration. She is also a qualified Level 3 Early Years Pracititioner as well as a Level 3 Forest School Leader. Deborah regularly attends training courses, network meetings and conferences in order to keep up-to-date with current developments in practice linked to the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. She has carried out SENCO training and is a Designated Safeguarding Representative for the setting. In addition, she is also Makaton trained and has a full Paediatric First Aid qualification. Deborah has completed Health and Safety Training and Level 2 Food Hygiene training. She has attended WRAP training (Workshop to Raise Awareness of Prevent). Deborah is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nursery and Pre-School and supported in this role by Soni Zala.
Sonal (Soni) Zala
(Deputy ) has an NVQ Level 3 early years qualification. Sonal (Soni) previously worked for a local primary school. She has completed Key Worker Training with us in order to develop her role as the Setting SENCO. Soni has attended SENCO Cluster meetings and more formal training in the area of special needs is to be carried out shortly. Soni is Safeguarding trained and has a full Paediatric First Aid qualification. She has attended WRAP training (online training to Raise Awareness of Prevent) and has completed Level 2 Food Hygiene Training. Soni is also a Designated Safeguarding Representative for the setting.
Rebecca (Becky) Shipley
(Senior Early Years Practitioner and Setting SENCO) has an NVQ Level 3 early years qualification. She is also a qualified Level 3 Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and has completed First Aid training. Becky is a trained Designated Safeguarding Representative for the setting. She has carried out WRAP training (online training to Raise Awareness of Prevent). Becky has completed Level 2 Food Hygiene Training and Health and Safety training. She has a number of years working in marketing but wishes to pursue a career working with young children.




Leoan Smith
(Assistant Early Years Practitioner) has carried out safeguarding and Prevent training as well as EYFS training. Leoan is keen to pursue a career in childcare and has a range of experience in the hospitality industry as well as bringing up her own child. Leoan is currently carrying out her Level 2 training and has completed paediatric first aid training.
Lai Ying Lam
(Assistant Early Years Practitioner) has recently joined Nursery. Ying has a wealth of experience across the childcare sector. She is a qualified social worker from Hong Kong and we are extremely fortunate to have Ying as part of our Team. She has already formed strong bonds with our children and will be carrying out a range of childcare qualifications related to the early years. Ying has completed safeguarding training and paediatric first aid training.
Fatmira (Mira) Krova
(Assistant Early Years Practitioner) previously worked in a well known daycare setting for nearly twenty years. Mira is a Level 2 early years practitioner and has recently started working for Nursery. She is safeguarding trained and has a paediatric first aid qualification as well as GDPR and food hygiene qualifications.
Rebecca (Becca) Page
(Early Years Practitioner) has an NVQ Level 3 early years qualification. She has completed safeguarding training and completed paediatric first aid training. Becca has a number of years experience in the early years sector.
